Founder, Retired
After more than 37 years of dedicated service, Dr. Michael Gigliotti retired in 2026 from Hudson Family Dental, leaving behind a profound legacy of compassionate care, innovation, and community commitment in Hudson, Massachusetts.
A proud graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, where he majored in Physics with a pre-dental focus, Dr. Gigliotti went on to earn his D.D.S. from Georgetown University Dental School in Washington, D.C. In 1988, he proudly took the reins of Dr. Albert Miller’s established practice in Hudson, transforming it into Hudson Family Dental—a cornerstone of modern, patient-centered dentistry that he led for over three decades.
Known as a lifelong innovator, Dr. Gigliotti consistently embraced cutting-edge advancements to enhance patient comfort and outcomes. His practice became a leader in technologies such as digital x-rays, same-day CEREC ceramic crowns milled in-office, precisely guided computer-designed dental implants, and the virtually painless Solea® dental laser. Through these tools and his gentle, meticulous approach, he helped thousands of patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles while minimizing fear and discomfort often associated with dental visits.
Beyond the operatory, Dr. Gigliotti was deeply woven into the fabric of the Hudson community he called home since 1993 (originally hailing from West Boylston). He generously coached his sons’ baseball teams, led and coached robotics teams, and made annual visits to Hudson’s elementary and preschools to teach children the importance of oral health—planting seeds of lifelong wellness in young minds. His longstanding membership in the Hudson Rotary Club further reflected his commitment to service, fellowship, and giving back.
Dr. Gigliotti’s greatest pride, however, rests in his family. Married to his wife Patricia for over 30 years, they raised three accomplished sons: Matt, who followed in his father’s footsteps to become an associate dentist at Hudson Family Dental, carrying on the family tradition of excellence in care; Nick, a robotics engineer in Virginia; and David, pursuing veterinary medicine at Virginia Tech. The practice itself now continues under the next generation, ensuring that Dr. Gigliotti’s values of integrity, innovation, kindness, and community endure.
As he steps into retirement, Dr. Gigliotti reflects on a career defined not just by technical skill, but by the countless trusting relationships built, smiles restored, and lives quietly improved—one patient at a time. His legacy lives on through the thriving practice he built, the professionals he mentored, the community he served, and the family he inspired. Congratulations, Dr. Gigliotti, on a remarkable career and a well-deserved retirement filled with family, reflection, and new adventures.
Owner, Dentist
Dr. Gittleman offers patients a variety of services, including preventative, restorative and cosmetic procedures. He also addresses patients’ oral concerns and issues; designs appropriate treatment plans; and provides a range of services from single fillings to full mouth rehabilitation. Prior to joining Hudson Family Dental in 2019, Dr. Gittleman cared for dental patients in Auburn and Sterling.
A resident of Hopkinton, MA., Dr. Gittleman enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with his wife and rescue dog.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Miami and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry. He is certified in Invisalign.
Owner, Dentist
Dr. Matt is a graduate from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Before completing his doctoral degree, he received a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Matt is the son of practice owner, Dr. Michael Gigliotti, and has been with Hudson Family Dental for many years. He spent much of his childhood at the office everyday after-school helping out in any way he could.
Dr. Matt is passionate about the role technology plays in creating the most predictable and advanced treatments for his patients. Additionally he has completed advanced training in dental implants under the mentorship of Dr. Justin Moody and the Implant Pathway team. Dr. Matt is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
In his free time, Dr. Matt enjoys running, biking, cooking, and golfing. And is currently engaged to his fiancé, Marisa.
Dental Hygienist
Emily earned her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Quinsigamond Community College, graduating with highest honors. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them achieve the best possible oral health. Passionate about her work, Emily seeks to give her patients a great experience at every appointment.
Prior to her career in dental hygiene, Emily earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Framingham State University and worked as a Behavior Therapist, providing services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
VIn her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dog, Stanley, skiing and spending time with her family.
Clinical Director
As Hudson Family Dental’s Lead Dental Assistant, Nikki assists Doctors Gigliotti and Gittleman with all patient procedures; trains the practice’s dental assistants; and oversees all product inventory and maintenance of the dental equipment, including the CERAC© machine (one visit crowns); Invisalign (clear braces); and the Sirona 3D imaging machine (for implants). She enjoys the challenges of being a dental assistant and enjoys the satisfaction of providing great service and building long-lasting relationships with patients.
In her spare time, Nikki enjoys weight training, running, cheering for the New England Patriots and spending time with her family, which includes four children, one daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. Nikki lives in Hudson, MA. with her husband of nearly 30 years.
Dental Assistant
Lara joined Hudson Family Dental in June of 2022 as a Dental Assistant, right after graduating from Assabet Valley Regional High School. Lara came into the practice with no experience and learned everything from procedures to instruments, to surgery with on the job training. Now Lara loves to meet and create bonds with patients and help them navigate their dental needs and overall comfort. Lara is very grateful for the continuous growth she has experienced at Hudson Family Dental and is always striving to learn more!
Other than spending her time at Hudson Family Dental, Lara loves traveling to tropical places, weight training, watching the Celtics, and doing voluntary work on the weekends as a Jehovah’s Witness.
Dental Assistant
Donna has been a certified dental assistant through Dental Assisting National Board since 1980. Loving her job as an assistant for over 40 years, she enjoys helping others and always interacting with patients. She loves coming to work every day.
In her spare time, Donna loves spending time with her family. Married for 40 years, she also has two married children and a beautiful new grandson. She loves gardening, volunteering, and riding her Peloton.
Donna lives in Millbury, MA and always tries to be positive and happy.
Dental Assistant
Olivia has been working in dentistry for 8 years. Olivia attended Lincoln Technical Institute in Somerville and graduated with a CDA license. Olivia started working in Oral Surgery early on in her career, and then shifted into General Dentistry.
In Olivia’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, her family, going to the gym, and watching crime documentaries.

Lexi is proud to be apart of the Hudson Family Dental team as a Patient Coordinator. With an extensive background in customer service, she is passionate about creating positive, stress free experiences for all of our patients. Although she is new to the dental field, Lexi brings a wealth of experience in building strong relationships and providing outstanding care. Lexi believes in the importance of accessible, high quality dental care for everyone, and strives to ensure that each patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering questions, or coordinating treatment, Lexi is dedicated to making your experience as seamless as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys antiquing and upcycling, trying new restaurants as well as spending time with her fluffy tuxedo cat Bug. Lexi looks forward to continuing to grow in the dental field while helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles.
Insurance Coordinator
Debbie is Hudson Family Dental’s Insurance Coordinator. Her duties include insurance verifications, electronic claims submissions, and acting as liaison between patients and insurance providers.
She has more than 25 years of experience in the dental field, having worked in the Leominster and Marlborough, Mass. areas prior to joining Hudson Family Dental in 2017.
In her spare time, Debbie enjoys reading autobiographies by famous people, gardening, going to beaches in Maine and Florida and spending time with her young granddaughter. Debbie has two grown children and lives in Fitchburg, MA.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Brianna received her Bachelor’s degree in 2022 from the University of New England graduating Magna Cum Laude. Brianna is committed to making her patients comfortable and educating them on the care they are receiving and why. She also continues to learn new ways to help her patients with their home care.
During her schooling and briefly while in the field, Brianna worked as a medical technologist at UMass. Here she was held to strict infection control protocols that she now brings to her operatory.,/p>
Brianna is originally from Hudson but now resides in Shrewsbury with her boyfriend and cat Bamm Bamm. In her free time, Brianna enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with family & friends.

Heidi graduated from Middlesex Community College in Lowell in 2002 with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. With over 23 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized care.
Heidi is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and takes pride in helping them achieve and maintain lifelong oral health. Her warm, compassionate approach helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.,/p>
Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, traveling, camping, walking her dog, and unwinding with her beloved cat.
